  • Cayla Sharp
    LMT
    Licensed Massage Therapist

    Cay Sharp has been a part of the Sea Change team since 2014, having served as office manager and outreach coordinator, and in 2016 became the clinic director of Sea Change Massage Therapy. Cay is passionate about working in the community to educate others on health and wellness issues and practices, providing chair massage to Cornell University employees, and at conferences and retreats. She is certified in Kinesiotaping, and loves working with local athletes and those who continue to stay active through every stage of life. Learn more about Cay's credentials below!

  • Jenna Wentzel

    Licensed Massage Therapist

    Jenna Wentzel is a Licensed Massage Therapist and is a Doctor of Physical Therapy candidate (2020) at Ithaca College, and a native Ithacan. She specializes in deep tissue and medical based massage, and brings an integrative approach to massage therapy.

    Licensed Massage Therapist

    Jennifer, a licensed massage therapist since 2007, blends a variety of massage techniques from energy work (IET) to sports massage to deep tissue. Her large presence and gentle heart make her an excellent addition to our mission here at Sea Change: to restore hope and health through exceptional care.

    Susan is proud to be working with our Veteran clients and values the importance of giving back to those who served our country. 

    Susan specializes in bringing deep relaxation to her clients and addresses neck and whiplash injuries.

  • Zack Miller

    Licensed Massage Therapist

    Zack has been offering medical massage to the Ithaca area since 2017. He offers a warm and friendly approach that addresses pain area quickly. Zack works his clients to identify their specific needs and is always learning new ways to tackle difficult issues. He uses deep tissue and trigger point therapy to help with rotator cuff pain, sports injuries, and overuse injuries.

  • Dr. Ammitai Worob

    Dr. Ammitai Worob founded Sea Change Family Chiropractic and has been internationally recognized for his leadership in Chiropractic since 2009. He has served on the board of directors of multiple health care organizations and continues to bring wellness services to local business and municipalities, as well as serving as a guest lecturer at both chiropractic colleges and local universities such as Cornell University.

    Cayla convinced me to come in and get my first massage ever just a couple weeks ago, and I'm not disappointed with the decision.
